The retail precinct can be accessed through a number of roads. The carpark and bus stop is accessible via Mollison Street. If you are walking, you can enter via 97 Boundary Street or via laneways on Wilson Street and Little Jane Lane.
Parking rates are displayed on Secure Parking website. All visitors will receive 2 hours free parking per day. Rates will also be displayed at the car park entry.
The West Village carpark is 2.3M high.
The Woolworths’ Direct to Boot zone is located on B1 of the underground carpark, which can be accessed via Mollison Street. You’ll find directional signage in the carpark.
Free WiFi is available throughout the precinct. Simply connect via the WiFi settings in your phone.

Yes. Our retail precinct is wheelchair accessible via travelators, lifts and ramps throughout the precinct.
The general precinct is open from 7am to 10pm, however please check individual store listings for retailer-specific trading hours.

Our parents’ rooms are located in Peters Lane on the ground floor of the Peters Ice Cream Factory, opposite the entry to Harris Farm Markets.

We welcome well-behaved pets into the outdoor areas of our retail precinct. Some cafés and restaurants will allow pets in their outdoor dining areas, at their discretion.
The publicly accessible bathrooms are located in Peters Lane, opposite Harris Farm Markets, and in the laneway of Metro Arts.
